The Black has a Nitron Coating and Phosphate Coated Internals for durability and less friction(MIL-STD UID label of the standard-issue M11). This model does not. It just has the Desert Tan Cerakote finish. Accessories are the same (3 Mags, Siglite Night Sights. etc).
