Is the KEL-TEC CNC SUB-16 223 CARB FIXED Stock NY Safe Act compliant? It seems to be under the restrictions, but I thought I'd ask.

Christopher, yes Sir it is. The SU-16 is legal. Vinny at Big Dog Arms in Roscoe has several for sale.
