at this time it is legal however if you have been following the political climate you know that the ATF has been changing "rules" and making "legal" firearms "illegal" also the shockwave is in a gray area and even being legal you could be defending that legality in court if law enforcement and a DA don't agree that it is legal

Ryan, yes Sir. This is a Brace and not a Shoulder Stock so the Shockwave classification is not changed.
