Henry owns itself. Wait....I already answered this.
Shane, Varmit Express is reference to Hornady ammo. Henry rifle is still owned and operated by the Imperato family. The company headquarters is located in Bayonne, New Jersey and a second manufacturing facility is located in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
Shane, no Sir. Anthony Imperato owns HENRY REPEATING ARMS CO. Hornady Magnum Rimfire is just the cartridge this rifle is chambered in. henryusa.com/rifles/varmint-express-17-hmr-rifle/

No. I think you are referring to the trademark of Varmint Express. Varmint Express is a registered trademark of Hornady Mfg. Co.. I think that’s what you mean. 17 HMR is the name of the round. Hornady Magnum Rimfire. Henry used Varmint Express with Hornady’s permission.
