Gary, this Pistol has the firing pin in the hammer and has the original Colt 4 - Clicks. Many miss the 1st click as it happens very fast but, slow it down and it's there. A great authentic choice for cowboy action shooters, this pistol would also be enjoyed by any fan of Old West history.

I think someone asked a similar question recently. Yes, that firearm does have the firing pin located on the hammer. Also, I think it’s the 3rd and 4th clicks that happen quickly. You’d have to take it a bit slower on some. It was my pleasure to somewhat assist you.
