  • I would like to know if the Cimarron Frontier .45LC 7.5" barrel Silver Frame revolver (model PP415LSFW) has the firing pin in the hammer as the early colts do, and also if it has 4 clicks when the hammer is cocked.

  • Gary, this Pistol has the firing pin in the hammer and has the original Colt 4 - Clicks. Many miss the 1st click as it happens very fast but, slow it down and it's there. A great authentic choice for cowboy action shooters, this pistol would also be enjoyed by any fan of Old West history.

  • I think someone asked a similar question recently. Yes, that firearm does have the firing pin located on the hammer. Also, I think it’s the 3rd and 4th clicks that happen quickly. You’d have to take it a bit slower on some. It was my pleasure to somewhat assist you.
