Howard, Yes this lever action rifle meets all standards to be compliant is CA. Only problem for this rifle with new CA ammo regulations is getting the ammo in CA.
As a California I can assure you that this firearm is compliant in our state. Tube fed lever action rifles have some of the least restrictions in California. It was my pleasure to assist you.
It is compliant. Lever action rifles are not assault weapons.
