There appears to be scratches on the slides of the gun. can this be remove or repaired?

You can always have a cleaned up and cerakoted. If the scratches are too deep maybe it won’t be able to be fixed. A qualified and experienced gunsmith might be able to help you. It was my pleasure to assist you.
Hello there. It is a used gun so it's expected. Scratches on metal parts can be buffed and polished for a better look. You can even go as far is repainting it. In essence, yes. If it's on the polymer...ohh.

Albert, it will depend entirely if it is a finish scratch only or a metal scratch. Buds grades their used firearms very conservatively so you should be good. It's a chance you take with any used firearm. New is not terribly much more $. Cheers!
