Buds is a real company, has been since 2003. Ordered a few things from them over the last couple of years and haven't had any issues with them. Since they are an online seller and most all of their communication is electronic, they are on a chat only basis, unless you join Team Buds, as they are given a phone line to call in, one of the perks of being in the VIP group. If you are having trouble with checkout, you should be able to reach them via the chat in the lower right corner of your screen, and they should be able to help you get an order placed. On mobile it is just a little speech bubble to reach them. They should be active now.

They are real. I use them all the time. I’m sure the government would have caught them by now if they were doing any illegal activity.
