Val, I was incorrect on my previous answer. Here is response from BUDs chat button-------------Hey there Michael, at the moment Bud's is not required to collect sales tax for Ohio.
Val, Yes BUDs wiil collect your state sales tax at checkout to send back to The Buckeye State.
Val, yes Ma'am Buds does. Cheers! Several states have begun collecting sales tax for online orders after the Supreme Court decided it was legal. So, If your state requires sales tax for online purchases, Bud's must then charge the tax. You'll see it when you go through the checkout process.

No, Buds does not currently charge sales tax to Ohio. You can check by picking an FFL near you in checkout, and it will show you the charges and order total before putting in any payment info, and they do not charge tax. I just put in a random city's zip code I found in Ohio to check.
