I placed n order for multiple items. The items all shipped seperately and I have either received the package or been sent a tracking number on all but one. On the item I am referring to it says it has shipped, but it has an "arc tracking number" that I cannot click on. Does anyone know what this means?

You can track the current status of the parcel instead of visiting the courier location or calling customer service center.
