  • 736676085132 Is the UPC, is this nys legal? It says no more then 10 round magazines but this is a 10+1. Does it matter? What does 10 vs 10+1 mean? Sorry im a newbie

  • yes it is NY compliant. The 10 +1 is 10 rounds in the magazine + 1 round in the rifle (chamber) ready to fire. It is a 10 round magazine so it is a legal magazine

  • Carlos, this firearm is good to go in NYS. Manufacturers almost always put the magazine capacity and add the +1 for the chambered round as most folks load the magazine to capacity, cycle a round in the chamber, drop the magazine and top it off with an additional round. Cheers!
