I see that NJ says "A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip."
this has 5 rd mags, doesnt appear to have a folding stock but does have.a pistol grip so is the pistol grip the disqualifier or is this NJ legal?
