It is 7pm central time and there is no chat option on the website. I have tried multiple browsers and my phone. When I have called it directs me to use the chat future. I just received my order and there are items missing that is says were shipped. Someone from buds please contact me. I have heard nothing but good things about your customer service but that fact that I cannot contact you in anyway to correct this is very frustrating. Not even an email? I certainly hope this will be made right.
