I believe these to not have many restrictions as in most states. Rim fires tend to have some of the least restrictions in the country. It was my pleasure to assist you.

Even though it is a 22lr, Chicago and more specifically all of Cook County specifically prohibits all semi-auto rifles, they don't care what caliber it is. So this item is not Compliant in Chicago. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf
