Yeah, after more thought I think the blame is solely on FedEx here. I would definitely contact your local FedEx hub and ask them what's the problem. Also, check the labeling and make sure items did ship 2day, if not, ask Buds why (1-859-368-0371). But I know FedEx has zero right to offer 2 day shipping then take a week or more to get it there. You have been wronged by someone.

There may be a problem with FedEx, but I have to ask. Did you purchase with the firearms as a "cash" purchase? If so, Bud's will hold the order longer until the e-check clears. For me it has been anywhere from 2 to 5 days longer than a credit card purchase. Although you may get a notice that the firearm has "moved" to the shipping department, or a shipping label has been created, it has not been placed in FedEx's hands. That has been my experience with all of my cash purchases with Bud's.

This is a matter of luck. And you have been incredibly unlucky. I've had to wait 6-7 days for one hand gun once. Most were 3-4days. My last handgun showed up 2days after ordering (all FedEx). So I hope you don't give up on Buds yet. It may have been one slow employee or items from a warehouse shipped to another warehouse then shipped to you. I say give them one last chance. I'm in PA and have faired well like most others. I really think you have just been unlucky, as 10days is definitely not the normal time frame. But if you do do business elsewhere, I would understand why.

All handguns are shipped via a 2-day FedEx delivery service. I don't know what gives as there should be a "Guarantee" from FedEx on this. Melvin, I would call Buds at (859) 368-0371 to see if they can address this with FedEx and also perhaps give you an alternate shipping solution until this is corrected.
