As you can see in the title of the listing it says "FMK Firearms 9C1G2 9MM 4" 14RD FAT 2 MAGS BB" where 14RD stands for 14 rounds. To make it easier for you in the future, when you see some number before RD it most likely will be a capacity, like 9+1RD, 14RD, 30RD, etc.

They’re not split. Every magazine included holds 14 rounds itself. So if you load them up and put in in the chamber and carry the other magazine you will have a total of 29 rounds at your disposal, unless you load a separate round in the chamber before you insert the second magazine after firing off the first magazine.
