Why is there no customer service?? Only chat but I get cut off after a few minutes then logg back in to be 32 minutes from a so called real person...,

Damon, wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. There is mass panic buying, personnel issues due to COVID-19 and many retailers are simply overwhelmed. Hopefully, Buds will pull it together and get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon.
