  • Hi everyone, I am a first time buyer of a firearm. I live in Missouri and my friend recommended this website. I placed an order for a Ruger AR556 and ammo yesterday, paid in full (had to sign up for membership as well). Now I have an email requiring that I send Qualifying Credentials but I have no credentials to send?! I had someone confirm my FFL dealer for shipment on chat yesterday, but I have no idea how to proceed and need help! I have a $1700 order on hold... thank you for your assistance.

  • Did you order a Qualified professionals only Item? that is the only reason they would need Credentials. Things are crazy at buds (and all online gun retailers) right now Please Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 (Be patient and keep trying) available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
