  • I placed an order, last night. How can I add onto it? The only contact options are not applicable to my question.

  • Sorry at this time you can not change, add to or modify a order "Our distributor network is currently prohibiting us from canceling or updating shipments. As a result, we are unable to cancel/modify orders after they have been placed."

  • Brent, only Buds Customer Service can assist you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir.
