  • has anybody tried to make a cancellation before product shipped? how was the process?

  • Our distributor network is currently prohibiting us from canceling or updating shipments. As a result, we are unable to cancel/modify orders after they have been placed.

  • Sam, Buds is not processing cancellations or modifications at the current time. This is stated in neon green on their website. Only Buds Customer Service can assist you with the cancellation when they are able to but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to pull it together and get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
