Might be good to send a letter via USPS right to one of the owners Rex McClanahan or Joe Murphy at the Lexington store and explain your situation.

Zachary, only Buds can answer this for you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir.
