We have been told that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . Kyle, No, if you need 10 round model you have to buy the 10 round model. You can get a firearm shipped without a magazine if your state allows the firearm to be altered. Some states do not even allow standard capacity magazines to be removed.

Kyle, contact with Buds is difficult at the present time but, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines.
