Bernie, it will likely be returned to Buds after 3 delivery attempts. You could call the shipping Service to see if they will put a hold on it due to current circumstances. Buds Customer Service may be able to assist you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir.
