  • Can I purchase a handgun at Buds. Have it delivered at an FFL for my daughter to pick up in a different state. Or gould I buy her a Buds gift card have her make the purchase and handle the transfer to her selected FFL

  • Harold, No, The purchaser must have the firearm transferred to them in there state of residence. What you described is a felony. For sure get your daughter a gift card and help walk her through the purchase process

  • Harold, This is not allowed by Federal law. You can purchase your son a Buds Gift Card in the amount of the purchase and have her order it under his own name for pickup at his FFL. You and yours stay safe!
