Gander Outdoors in Cicero NY was my last gun purchase pick up. That store isn’t listed for this attempted purchase.

Angelo, Buds Customer Service can assist you with changing FFL's but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds is working hard to get issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
