Can Buds make a gun CA compliant?

I have an HK mr762 in Lexington that I would like to have shipped to CA. As it stands right now gun is not CA compliant (in before dumbass CA rules, your preaching to the choir). Can buds perform the necessary modifications to the rifle and ship it out to my ffl?
