I recently purchased a Chiappa M4 22 lr upper for my Smith and Wesson M&P 15 sport 2. The problem is the pin hole “lugs on the Chiappa are too narrow. So the upper slides back and forth. The actual pin holes are the correct size....but the lug width is narrow. Can anyone recommend an adapter to make it fit properly.
