  • Going on 4 weeks since my gun
    Arrived in my city but never made it to my FFL
    Received ammo this week in 4 days...how do I file an insurance claim with Buds?
    First time i've ever had trouble

  • Like James said, UPS currently has a hold on items to businesses they know are currently closed, but will specifically note that on the tracking. If it doesn't and it just shows a normal scan in your city and nothing else then I would suggest using the chat now feature in the lower right corner of your screen so that they can look into that for you.

Only Buds Customer Service can assist you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned.
