6.5 Creedmoor Compatibility

For James G. I spoke with Windham Weaponry about the BCA Creedmoor upper. They say the AR-10 of theirs I have will not fit the BCA Creedmoor upper, because the pins will not line up. However, they also said they haven't tried it. They also mentioned the the DPMS Creedmoor will not fit their AR-10 lower. Don't mean to dispute your last answer to me, just confused at this point. ANy additional thoughts?

Todd, their statement in of itself does not make any sense. How would they know if it does not line up if they have not tried. Most DPMS and AR10 lowers run an industry standard. If they have deviated from this standard, which sounds like they have (and would be the only reason for non fitment) I would take their word on it. I would revisit this with DPMS and get their take on it and make an informed decision from there. Cheers and stay safe Sir!

I would go with what the manufacturer says to me it sounds like windham is not making their lowers to the same spec as everyone else. we all do our best to provide correct answers. but sometimes we either get incorrect info or look up and misunderstand info
