  • The hyper links sent on my order confirmation do not connect. When I click on order status it says URL not found?

  • log in go to order status/accounts (top of page) select your orders there you will find all of your buds orders and the status

  • Loren, sorry you are having an issue. Only Buds Customer Service can answer/ assist you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since (which is up and down sporadically during business hours) their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds is working to get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon.
