I just had my Taser Pulse+ delivered. Brand new in shrink wrap from budsgunshop.com and the lithium battery wasn’t included. Is there a customer service number you could provide me to resolve this issue? I looked in the packaging but haven’t come across a customer service number. I used the talk to a live agent here and waited for 45 minutes and finally got a response of we don’t open packages, contact manufacturer but then they immediately ended the conversation without allowing me to ask.
