  • I purchased 2 guns from Buds but used my wife credit card. I assumed since I was using my sign in info the guns would be sent directly to my local FFL dealer under my name, but I found out she will need to be there with me to sign for the guns and fill out a background check...which is fine but how do I transfer ownership of the guns to myself?

  • You'd just have to fill out a background check for yourself most likely. Your FFL will tell what you'd have to do.

  • Jhoanna, you should be able to setup a transfer through the same FFL Dealer you are picking the firearms up from. Just ask them.
