  • Chris, yes Sir. The Gen3 G39 is on the CA DOJ Roster : oag.ca.gov/firearms/handgun/39

  • Its not listed on Buds list of CA approved guns however 2 G39s are listed on the CA DOJ approved list oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150972 I suggest that you double check that this Model number Glock is approve by asking the local FFL who would be doing the paperwork
