This fits the C9-A1, yes? And, is it really 17rd? I'm reading a lot of reviews stating that Steyr mislabels them...they're really 15rd. Is this really 17?

It will fit and they are 17rounds. They just have really stiff springs when new and sometimes you're only able to load 15-16rds at first. As they loosen up with use, you'll get 16-17rds in the mag. Just gotta break them in little.
