double check it if you still have problems Contact Buds customer service use the blue chat now button (9AM-9PM EST) it’s the only way to communicate with buds at this time . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Check with your bank. I used to work at a bank and most of the time it’s your bank and card issue and not the store.
