David, same basic pistols. UG = USA made Glock and PG = Austria made Glock. There are those in the Glock shooting that swear the Austria made Glock is superior quality but that is not the case. I own both in several calibers and they are equal in every faucet of quality. Cheers and you and yours stay safe!
