  • Is it possible to register a CMMG Banshee pistol chambered in 300 blackout with no threaded barrel on a valid NYC pistol premisses permit if the magazine is fixed and only holds 7 rounds or less. Will this comply with the strict New York City rules?

  • sorry the weight of the banshee is 5lb 3 0z empty and that is way over the NY weight limit of 50 OZ which makes it illegal
