  • if my ffl said after 4 days he can transfer my guns to me if he has not heard from the background check or its still in delay mode? should i accept or should i wait for a proceed ?i am not sure how this process i am trying to describe works ,some explanation would be welcomed

  • Aaron, your FFL has full authority to transfer the firearm to you after 4 days. This has been a known ATF guideline for as long as I can remember. Your FFL knows his business and would do nothing that would jeopardize his Federal License. Cheers and stay safe!
