Bought a Stoeger 12ga Coach gun Jan 2019. Its lower pivot barrel lug broke. Gun is inoperable. Won't close and lock up. I paid for lifetime warranty. How do I even contact Bud's? Chat is full. There is no direct email address for service listed anywhere.

sorry to here about your gun you can go to stoeger and call customer service at (301) 283-6981 (option 2) or (800) 264-4962 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. and follow the return info on the form on their sight to get your gun fixed
