Dave, yes. Your cart does not freeze the price, stock level nor the status of an item. When stock on popular items get low they are moved over to TB Only until restocked and since prices are tied to stock level, they will rise as stock gets low and vice versa. If you had purchased, you would have gotten the non TB's item at the price that you saw at that time. Cheers and stay safe!
