Is Walther a good Pistol?

I am considering purchase of my first pistol and a dealer has suggested a Walther PK380. It looks good and is the right size but I don't know how it compares to other brands. Parts / Ammo seem more scarce then others. any help would be great

When I am looking for a gun on-line I always go to Buds Guns and find the gun that I am looking for then I just read the reviews that are on there that always gives me the answer to the gun I am looking to buy. I myself have a Bersa Thunder 380 and love the gun shoots great and if you look at their reviews you will see that just about everybody loves them. Good luck, and happy shooting.

the Walther is a great little pistol 380 ammo is harder to find and more expensive than 9mm ammo I recommend that you also take a look at the SW&W shield 9mm which is a little larger budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/82836/smith+%26+wesson+m%26p9+shield+7%2b1%2f8%2b1+9mm+31%22
