I live in Ohio, is it illegal for me to go and buy it at the store or ship it to an ffl dealer in my, and pick it up? Or is it just illegal if I bring it into Ohio?

(Unfortunately this is Illegal in Ohio) 2923.11(F) of the Ohio Revised Code provides: "(F) Sawed-off firearm means a shotgun with a barrel less than eighteen inches long, or a rifle with a barrel less than sixteen inches long, or a shotgun or rifle less than twenty-six inches long overall." NOTE: Although the federal government says it's a gun that can be purchased by qualified buyers over the age of 21, some states, like Ohio, have regulations in place banning it and other guns like it. (The Remington Tac-14 is banned in Ohio. It is NOT legal).
