I have a Walther Q5 Match in my cart and I live in NY so I have to get the 10rd version. In the cart it says it contains high capacity mags. I don't wanna get it and have them in there or have any problems buying it.

From what I understand of NY's gun laws, you can have the 10rd mags no problem, but if you are carrying it for personal protection you can only load 7rds into it. Loading all 10rds is fine at a range though. So you can have the 10rd mags that it comes with, no problem, so leave them on the order and it will be fine.
