buds does not have a waiting period that is up to your state. it will be shipped to the local FFL that you select and he will do the transfer just like he was selling the gun out of his inventory and under FL law with a Carry permit there is no waiting period

Chris, no Sir. Any one can order and have a firearm shipped to your local FFL Dealer. Your selected FFL Dealer is who does the paperwork with you present for the transfer. Your Carry Permit allows him to immediately transfer the firearm to you without a background check since this was already done for you to acquire your Carry Permit.
