  • I got the Ruger American compact 45 and i love the extra mag but i was wondering could i order a small back strap sleeve since the gray model only comes with large and medium

  • Johnny, Yep large and medium back strap is the choices on the Ruger 45 ACP. Small will not fit the wider grip.
