  • I've been trying for days to find out why I've been charged for a canceled item, (ammo)? This is the only format that I could get to allow me to ask this question. I would never use this format if I had a choice.

  • Scott, sorry you had an issue Sir. Some members have reported a wee or more for Buds to issue a refund on a cancelled order. Buds Customer Service may be able to give some more insight at the Live Chat feature in the lower right corner when not full from 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  • after a item is canceled it takes around 5 business days for the refund to process if it has been longer Contact Buds customer service use the blue chat now button it’s the only way to communicate with buds at this time . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
