It might have the "high capacity magazine removal" option, but can only see that when it's in stock. Bud's will remove the mags, but you'd have to purchase your own. Also the SP9A1 might be discontinued as the SP9A3 was recently approved for import.

Kirk, Not to CO. Firearms can not be altered in any way to ship to CO. If you lived in a state that would allow firearms to be altered BUDs would pull the standard capacity magazine and you could buy the restricted magazines. Kirk, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
