My magazine release is sticking real bad what and from the gun shop I got it from it didn't came with a manual how do fix the issue?

Contact FN's customer service department, it's a known issue with FNX models.

Check you tube for videos on the problem. Take it back where you bought it, if they have an in house gunsmith.
