Buds lists EAA as the manufacturer. Other of EAA shotguns are made by Baikal (Russian). If it is made by Baikal it should be a good shotgun. I own the Remington semi auto that was made by Baikal and it is great.

Randy, imported from Russia Sir. -- The top of the right barrel is marked "USSG - ROCKLEDGE, FL. IMZ. RUSSIA", the left is marked "12 GA 2 3/4"" and with a warning on the chamber. The left of the receiver is marked "MP 220", the bottom is marked with a "Baikal" logo. The top tang is marked "1147001B". The water table is marked "MP-43" and with a Baikal inspection mark. The top of the forend iron is marked "47001B". The bottom of each barrel is marked with a Baikal inspection mark and "11". Each barrel flat is marked "12x70 18,4 C(0.00)", the left is also marked wtih a Baikal inspection mark, "11", and with another inspection mark, the right is also marked "65 MPa". The bottom of the barrel lug is marked "1147 / 001B".
