How do I go by getting a refund because my background was denial and I did an appeal but it has came back yet so I would prefer to request a refund?

call Buds and they will arrange to have the gun shipped back to them. after BUDS Receives the gun back they will issue your refund in around 5-7days

Until Buds gets the gun back they will not refund.
